Generally, users with sufficient upper body strength can opt for wheelchairs, which come with bigger wheels and handrims for users to push themselves forward.
For weaker users, such as elderly folk, it is better to opt for pushchairs and rely on caregivers to push them. Or if they want to be 100% independent, they can also opt for mobility scooters or motorised wheelchairs.
