Manual wheelchair

Brought this brand cos I hv a auto one which I use for going out. My previous manual one not this brand n is a bit lower, just right for me, however no more stock coming. Bought online. Never try. This new one cannot adjust n is higher for me , I hv to tip toe. The delivery man that day, just pass us the box without opening n explain. A bit upset.
