Rental Terms & Conditions

  1. Full day rental is chargeable regardless of the time of day at which the equipment is received or returned by the customer.

  2. Delivery/Pick Up is only possible in Singapore mainland and Sentosa. We do not deliver to other off-shore islands. We also do not deliver to the Singapore Cruise Centre or the Marina Bay Cruise Centre.
    - Surcharge of S$20 per trip applicable for Delivery/Pick Up at Sentosa Island.

  3. Overtime Surcharge. Our standard Delivery/Collection hours are Mon-Fri, 10 am to 6 pm and Sat 10.30 am to 4.30 pm. Delivery/Collections outside of this time frame are subject to the following surcharges:
    - Mon - Fri before 10 am or after 6 pm: S$10 per hour.
    - Sat before 10.30 am to after 4.30 pm: S$10 per hour
    - Sun or Public Holiday between 10 am to 6 pm: S$50
    - Sun or Public Holiday before 10 am or after 6 pm: S$20 per hour

  4. Early Return. If the equipment is returned earlier than the period booked, the rental will be re-calculated based on the short-term rates, and any excess rental paid earlier will be refunded to the customer together with the Deposit. Re-calculation will not be done on a pro-rated basis.

  5. Late Return. If the equipment is not returned on time, and the customer does not notify us of the extension, there will be a penalty of SGD 40.00 per week for manual wheelchairs or SGD 60.00 per day for motorised scooters or wheelchairs. This will be deducted from the customers Deposit.

  6. Booking Cancellation. If the rental booking is cancelled at least 2 working days in advance, there is no booking cancellation charge. But if the cancellation request is within 2 working days, there will be a charge of SGD 90 for motorised wheelchairs and scooters, and SGD 40 for manual wheelchairs and rollators.

  7. Our rental rates are fixed price. We will respectfully decline any request for discounts.
