Notes

1)            Pick Up and Return

a) Address and Hours:

Mon - Fri : 9 am to 6 pm / Sat 10.30 am - 4.30 pm Sun / Public Holiday: Closed

  1. Rental on Pick Up and Return dates are also billable as the equipment cannot be rented to others on those days.

  2. If your desired pick up or return date falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday,

please pick up one day earlier or return one day later.

Rental is FREE on Sundays and Public Holidays, but the total rental bill is still subject to the Minimum charge specified in Table 1, Column A.

 

2)         Payment
  1. Rental payment must be received for a reservation to be confirmed. Rental can be paid by cash, credit card, NETS, GrabPay or PayNow.

  2. Deposit is only payable upon Pick Up, and must be paid either by Cash or PayNow. Other payment methods are not accepted.

  3. Deposit will be refunded strictly by PayNow and will be processed within3 working days of return.

 

3)         Amendments and Extensions

  1. If a change of date or rental extension is required, please contact us at least2 working days in advance.

  2. Change and extension requests are not automatically accepted as they are subject to equipment availability. A written confirmation from the Company must be sent in order for them to become effective.

  3. If the extension rental is less than $50, it will be deducted from the deposit. If it exceeds $50, customers will have to top up the rental by PayNow.

 

4)         Cancellations and No-Shows

  1. If cancellation requests are made at least 1 working day before pick up, there is no penalty and the rental paid will be fully refunded within 3 working days.

  2. If cancellation requests are made on the same day as pick up or the Customer does not show up, one day of the full, undiscounted rental will be deducted from the refund as follows:

5)         Early or Late Returns

  1. If the equipment is returned early, the rental will be recalculated based on the shortened rental period and the difference will be added to the deposit refund.

  2. If the equipment is returned late without an extension being granted, the full, undiscounted rental rate will be charged as follows:

6)         Damage and Loss

  1. Minor wear and tear damages such as scratches will not be held against the Customer.

  2. For major damages to the luggage such as broken parts or cracks, the full deposit will be forfeited.

  3. Customers are highly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to underwrite this risk. An official invoice and receipt will be provided to the Customer to facilitate the insurance claim.

  4. If the luggage is lost or not returned, the whole deposit will be forfeited.

  5. For other lost accessories, the replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit refund as follows:

7)         Restoration

  1. All stickers must be removed from the luggage before return. Alternatively, the Company will do it for a $30 charge.

  2. If the TSA lock passcode has been changed, it must be reset to the default "0,0,0"before return.

Alternatively, the Company will do it on behalf of the Customer for a $10 charge.

  1. If the passcode has been changed but the Customer does not provide the new passcode for us to reset it, the whole lock will need to be changed.

A fee of $100 will be deducted from the deposit to replace the lock.
