Text Box: I used to think that mototrised wheelchairs were very heavy, difficult to transport by car and lastly very clumsy to operate in a small tight environment. That all changed when I test drove the AT'M last week. The AT'M is surprisingly agile and easy to operate in tight spaces. No fear of running over the furniture with it's fine control. Another thing I was impressed with is how easy it is to dismantle and how portable it is to load into the trunk of a car. I test drove the L-3 and bought one after 3 days. Before I was using a Karma scooter which is bulky and heavy and I find it hard to bring it in & out of the house. I also have to make sure that I have enough power to keep me going because this scooter doesn稚 come with a built-in charger. But for the L-3, a cable is all you need. It is a good buy for those who have disabled family members and is easy to transport in cars or taxis. It can also be used on board Wheelchair-Accessible-Buses (WABs).
