Compact and light, the Invacare Charger utilises solid state circuitry to interface the charger to the 230-volt socket. This approach avoids the use of large, heavy and noisy transformers. The small size and lightweight make it convenient for transport and storage.
Neither does not require an ON / OFF switch. With the use of “smart” software, the charger will begin charging anytime the batteries require charging and will automatically transition to “sleep mode” when the batteries do not require a charge. The amount of current draw while in sleep mode is minuscule. This feature assures that the batteries will always be at their best, and you don’t even have to remember to switch it on or off.
The Invacare battery charger uses simple and clear indicators. Three LED display lights clearly indicate progress during the charging process. The highly visual display informs you when the battery is empty, partially charged, or fully charged and ready to go.
It is optimized for Gel Cell use, but is also able to charge Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) batteries. |
